Participant expressly assumes all risk of injury from participation in this Event. Further, you the participant HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE the promoter, conductors or sponsors of the event, as well as their directors, officers, agents and employees ("Releasees") FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES TO YOU as the Participant, as well as your representative, assigns, and heir, for any and all loss or damage and any claims or demands therefore made on account of or related to the event, whether caused by the NEGLIGENCE of the Releasees or otherwise.
